2. What to Include in a Takedown Notice

1. Identification & URLs

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, along with the exact URL(s) or page locations of the specific audio file, novel, or material.

2. Personal & Legal Details

Your full name, contact email address, organization name (if applicable), and a statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is unauthorized.

Your submission must also include a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Notice Review Process

Upon receiving a valid notice, Portalaudionovelas may review the request, temporarily or permanently remove or restrict access to the reported audio/text content, or request additional clarifications. Incomplete notices may delay review.

4. Counter-Notices

If you believe material was removed or restricted due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice identifying the content, explaining why the action was incorrect, and providing valid contact details.

5. Repeat Infringement & Abuse

Portalaudionovelas reserves the right to restrict user accounts, disable upload privileges, or terminate access for users suspected of repeat copyright infringement or abuse of the DMCA notification process. False, misleading, or bad-faith claims may be rejected and may carry legal consequences under applicable laws.
