4. Counter-Notices
If you believe material was removed or restricted due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice identifying the content, explaining why the action was incorrect, and providing valid contact details.
5. Repeat Infringement & Abuse
Portalaudionovelas reserves the right to restrict user accounts, disable upload privileges, or terminate access for users suspected of repeat copyright infringement or abuse of the DMCA notification process. False, misleading, or bad-faith claims may be rejected and may carry legal consequences under applicable laws.
