Getting Started
What is Portalaudionovelas?
Portalaudionovelas is an online platform where you can discover audio novels, fanfiction, and web novels, track your library, follow your audio listening progress, leave comments, and manage account features.
Do I need an account to listen or read?
No. You can browse, listen to public audio tracks, and read available content without logging in. An account is only required for personalized features like saving library lists, bookmarking audio progress, commenting, and reporting issues.
Why should I log in?
Logging in allows you to save novels to your library, store your exact audio playback position across devices, write comments, submit chapter reports, and access profile settings.
Listening & Library Management
What does «Add to Library» do?
It saves a novel or fanfiction to one of your library categories, such as Plan to Listen, Listening, Completed, or Dropped. This helps you organize titles and quickly resume playback later.
Why doesn’t a novel show as already added?
The details page initializes library status based on your current session. If the status appears outdated, refresh the page after re-logging in or after updating the title from another device or browser tab.
Where can I find my listening history?
Your progress appears in your History and My Library sections. These areas help you pick up right where you left off in your latest audio chapter.
Comments & Reporting
Can I comment without an account?
No. Posting comments, replying to community threads, and managing your posted feedback require a valid, active user account.
How can I find one of my previous comments?
Open the My Comments tab in your account area and click on the action button to open the corresponding novel page and highlight your comment.
What is «My Reports» used for?
My Reports displays audio/chapter issues you have submitted—such as broken audio, missing text, or wrong files—including the chapter involved, reason, and processing status.
Account Settings
Can I update my profile details?
Yes. In Profile Settings, you can update your display name, bio, and signature. Certain fields like email address may remain read-only for security reasons.
Why does it ask me to log in again?
If your session token expires or local session data is missing, the site may ask you to re-authenticate before performing account actions.
Support & Technical Issues
What should I do if something is broken?
First refresh the page to confirm your session is active. If the audio or feature still fails, use the report button or contact support with the URL, novel title, and issue description.
